OUR STORY

From the Midwest to the Lowcountry, chef and restaurateur, Jeannie Dillon has spent three decades in the food and beverage industry, painstakingly perfecting recipes and menus, designed to impress and remember. After her initial success as a caterer in Chicago and owner of a chic martini bar in Racine, a fateful trip to Charleston, South Carolina led her to set her roots into the sandy soils of the Lowcountry where she has since adapted her menus to reflect the culinary time and place of the New South. Business boomed with a flourishing cafe and a burgeoning catering clientele and, while the cafe has been phased out, the flavors and satisfaction remains with Foodies by Jeannie.
